The Most Dangerous Superstition
I originally became an anarchist / voluntaryist by studying economics, and learning about the negative financial consequences of government's violent interventions into the market, but I didn't question the legitimacy of government itself. After reading the above book, my view completely changed, and I realized that the very idea that one group of people has the right to rule over the rest, is insane.
I would love to hear the thoughts of anyone else who has read this book.
